Siu Nim Tau (小念頭)

First Form - "Little Idea"

Foundation of all Wing Chun movement. Students learn the basic hand positions, centerline theory, and proper structure. This form develops internal power, correct breathing, and mental focus.

Chum Kiu (尋橋)

Second Form - "Seeking the Bridge"

Coordinated movement and footwork. Students learn to coordinate upper and lower body movement, develop proper stepping, and understand how to "find the bridge" to the opponent.

Biu Gee (鏢指)

Third Form - "Thrusting Fingers"

Emergency techniques and recovery methods. Advanced form teaching recovery from compromised positions and emergency self-defense techniques when normal Wing Chun structure is lost.

Chi Sau (黐手)

"Sticky Hands" - Sensitivity Training

Develop tactile sensitivity and reflexes. Partner training that develops the ability to "feel" an opponent's intentions through touch, leading to automatic responses and superior timing.

Wooden Dummy (木人樁)

Muk Jong - Traditional Training Partner

Perfecting technique and conditioning. Training with the wooden dummy refines timing, distance, and power while conditioning the arms and developing proper angles of attack.

Long Pole & Knives (六點半棍 + 八斬刀)

Advanced Weapons Training

Master traditional Wing Chun weapons. The Six-and-a-Half Point Pole and Butterfly Knives represent the highest levels of Wing Chun training, developing power, precision, and advanced martial understanding.
